Associate Director - Data & Analytics Insights

Job Description:

We are continuing to grow and therefore looking for a talented Associate Director to join our Global Insights and Consulting Practice, ideally located in the UK but with full flexibility to work from home.

We believe in helping our clients, which include many innovative global brands, to achieve their business outcomes and deliver exceptional service experiences to their customers.

We are a global group of experienced, talented and energized consultants and analysts. We embrace difference and our culture celebrates the boldness and tenacity to pursue excellence and challenge the norm. We unearth new insights and solution designs that deliver meaningful difference to our clients and the customers they serve.

We’re looking for an individual with a passion for service experience transformation, who is able to lead challenging programmes of work, engage clients and lead a team of dedicated consultants and analysts.

The role:

The Associate Director will lead teams of consultants and analysts in identifying new ways to deliver better services and business outcomes for both Concentrix and our clients, by analysing business and operational performance data, mapping customer journeys and business processes, to understand root cause, unearth unmet customer needs and identify creative solutions.

You will build client and stakeholder relationships, engage and develop your teams and work with your colleagues across Concentrix to make meaningful change happen.

In addition, the role will include responsibility for developing and managing systems for tracking opportunities, pipeline and revenue for Concentrix Catalyst Data & Analytics EMEA alongside building internal and client relationships and collaborating with business stakeholders across the organisation to understand analytics needs and translate them into technical requirements including the design of efficient solutions that meet business requirements.

What we’re looking for:

Significant experience (10 years or more) in consulting, service design, analytics or business analysis.

Experience in leading high-performance teams to deliver quality analysis, thought capital, and clear data driven recommendations bounded by options and risk scenarios.

The ability to guide and manage business change and transformation projects.

A highly effective communicator with ability to engage and influence clients and enable change to happen.

The ability to develop and communicate growth and/or business strategies based on the insights you gain from customer and business data and research.

Experience in leading, inspiring, and developing diverse teams, providing direction, guidance and support.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.

Able to work within a team, but also be self-sufficient in driving change in complex working environments.

The ability to plan and manage multiple simultaneous large, complex projects.

Comfortable leading work that combines the use of data analysis, and business process improvement, with service design thinking.

An expert in consulting, who is knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry best practices.

The ability to lead multiple, simultaneous consulting engagements with clients on business operations and performance improvement initiatives.

Solid understanding of contact centers and self-service channels.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluent in English (Oral and written).

Some nice to haves:

Advanced knowledge of data analysis methodology.

Green or Black Belt Six Sigma certification.

Lean Methodology experience.

Data analytics tools such as Power BI.

Location:
