Associate Director, Diagnostic Project Management ( Precision Medicine

) , you will work across multiple cross-functional teams, offering hands-on project management expertise to deliver diagnostic projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. You will collaborate closely with diagnostic project teams, external partners, and Diagnostic Information Managers to align strategic goals and maintain accurate project data in AZ’s enterprise planning tool,

PLANIT . Key Responsibilities Project Management:

Lead multiple complex projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and quality. Strategic Planning:

Develop and manage project plans, risk logs, and mitigation strategies. Reporting & Tracking:

Create progress reports and ensure the accuracy of portfolio information in enterprise tools. Process Optimization:

Drive simplification and standardization initiatives across Precision Medicine to maximize efficiency. Leadership Support:

Facilitate key meetings, capture actions, and follow up on deliverables. Deputize for the Director of DPM at the program level as needed. Essential Qualifications Educational Background:

Master of Science (MSc) in Biology, Biotechnology or a relevant field or equivalent experience. Experience:

min 3 years of significant experience in scientific project management with a strong understanding of tools and principles. Skills:

Exceptional organizational and planning skills. Effective communicator with experience in global team collaboration. Proficiency in project planning tools, and web-based programs. Expertise in managing and reporting project information.

Attributes:

Proactive, professional, and capable of independently managing a diverse workload. Desirable Qualifications Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP). High-level understanding of Precision Medicine. Experience using
