Experienced in the Affordable housing sector? We are looking to appoint a Senior professional, with a background in strategic advisory, gained within the

affordable housing sector . You will be joining an existing, successful dynamic Property Consultancy team based in Birmingham, providing strategic advice and comprehensive guidance to affordable housing clients across property consultancy, asset management, and compliance-related activities. We are seeking a motivated individual, ideally with a background in housing asset management or consultancy, with experience in large-scale stock condition surveys and strategic housing asset management planning. Knowledge of asset management databases and mobile electronic data capture systems is highly advantageous. This role is suitable for candidates with qualifications such as

RICS, CIH, CIOB , or equivalent, possessing technical expertise in construction technology related to residential accommodation. You will be given full support in order to grow a team and develop your own career. Experience and Skills Required:

To apply for this role, you must demonstrate/possess: Appropriate qualifications or experience in strategic asset management (e.g., RICS, CIOB, CIHCM) Substantial experience in affordable housing asset management within a registered provider or consultancy practice Detailed understanding of strategic issues facing asset managers, including social housing white paper, ESG, net-zero carbon, fire safety, compliance, skills shortages, cost of living, inflation, etc. Strong track record within a diverse asset management or property services team with successful project delivery Proven acumen and professional skills for making important commercial risk-based decisions or recommendations Experience managing large-scale stock condition surveys, including HHSRs and energy data Good understanding of best practice guidance related to stock surveys, asset management, decent homes standard, and HHSRS Up-to-date knowledge of compliance, statutory best practices, and regulatory requirements for advising clients Positive and driven mindset to deliver excellent services and achieve team business outcomes Naturally innovative mindset providing solutions to client challenges Numerate and analytical mind with a high level of intellect, combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations To find out more, please contact
