Access have partnered with an established ecological consultancy with small-large scale projects in the UK, based in Exeter. After continued success and increasing demand, our client is searching for an Associate Director level Ecologist who is motivated, ambitious and passionate about delivering excellent projects. Our client has established themselves as a commercially focused and productive consultancy in the UK market and plans continued growth in the coming years, with workload and projects increasing in recent years.
Our client is an employee ownership trust, offering a profit share to all members of the business from top to bottom. They are looking for someone who is able to manage and deliver large scale commercial development projects, as well manage teams and train more junior members of staff. The successful candidate will be a strong and clear communicator, capable of conversing with clients and stakeholders regarding projects.
The perfect candidate must have:
CIEEM status
7+ years of experience in an ecological consultancy
The right to live and work in the UK
Full UK Drivers license
