Job Description:
We at Nagarro seek a senior ITSM Solution Architect with a deep exposure to asset management, operations management and experience with Jira Service Management to join our growing ITSM team.
A right candidate will be expected to bring the following skills and capabilities to the table:
Consult for and implement ITSM, ITAM, ITOM solutions on JSM
Groom ITSM architects and SMEs
Has built three or more ITSM, ITAM solutions
Understands SAM, HAM and ITIL processes well
Exposure to Atlassian suite of products
