Develop and oversee the planning of audit engagements, including risk assessments and designing audit approaches. Supervision:
Supervise audit teams, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure audits are conducted efficiently and effectively. Review Work:
Review audit work papers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy, compliance with relevant standards, and overall quality. Quality Assurance and Compliance
Compliance:
Ensure audits comply with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and other relevant regulatory requirements. Quality Control:
Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high standards of audit practice. Staff Management and Development
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop audit staff, fostering a collaborative and professional team environment. Training:
Identify training needs and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for audit staff. Business Development
Proposals and Bids:
Assist in preparing and presenting audit proposals and bids to potential new clients. Networking:
Participate in networking events and activities to build the firm's reputation and client base. Technical Expertise
Technical Guidance:
Provide technical advice and expertise to clients and colleagues on complex audit and financial reporting issues. Staying Updated:

Currently operating at Manager grade or above within an audit function. CA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent). Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial accounting regulations. Excellent client management and relationship-building skills. Proven leadership and team development abilities. Ambitious, with a strategic mindset and a desire to progress to partnership.
