About the Role: As Associate Director, you will manage a team of 15 professionals based in our South Africa office, ensuring smooth operations across multiple functions including accounts, administration, and solicitor enquiries. Your leadership and expertise will drive the team to achieve outstanding results, maintaining the high standards our clients expect. Requirements: Must have experience working for a Managing Agent/ Block Management company Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership to a team of 15, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Oversee the delivery of core functions such as accounting, administrative processes, and solicitor correspondence. Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and ensuring professional development. Act as the primary point of escalation for complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Collaborate with the wider leadership team to align office operations with business objectives.
