Students are in addition to the above encouraged to rotate around the world and do part of their Undergraduate from one of our campuses in Boston, London, Dubai, San Francisco or Shanghai. The Opportunity You will join a highly motivated team of student enrolment specialists in Jakarta to identify, advise, and enrol qualified candidates who wish to attend our globally ranked undergraduate business program. To accomplish this, you will develop existing sales channels and grow new ones through innovative, multimedia marketing initiatives that include telemarketing, direct mail, print and digital advertising, social media, and community outreach. This role requires 50-60% traveling and ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin. Responsibilities In collaboration with Enrolment Director define and implement a go-to-market strategy to enrol internationally-minded, high quality students from East Asia who are interested in joining Hult's Undergraduate Program. Represent Hult at various fairs, conferences, and events and host regional info sessions and "meet and greets" sessions in targeted cities. Advise prospective students in person or via telephone and guide them through the enrolment & admission process. Nurture relationships with prospective students from initial student contact through them arriving in class. Travel throughout East Asia and visit students, schools and exhibitions. Qualifications Degree from a respected university, preferably in marketing or business. Fluency in English and Mandarin (Spoken and Written). 3+ years track record of success in sales, business development, or recruitment. International experience (professional or personal) and passionate to work in a multicultural environment. Strong commercial instincts. Strong business acumen, analytical ability and execution skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good telephone manner and confidence speaking on the phone. The poise to handle the pressure and demands of our industry in a fast-paced and changing environment. A flexible and positive outlook and growth mindset. An entrepreneurial spirit and can think outside of the box. Target driven and have a “nothing is impossible” outlook.
