Associate Director, GCP Quality EMEA - United Kingdom (REMOTE) - Competitive Package I am delighted to be supporting a global, oncology-focused pharmaceutical company that are looking to recruit a permanent GCP Associate Director of Quality to join them. This is a fantastic role where you will work with likeminded professionals to make a genuine impact in the life sciences space. You will be responsible for: Working closely to support cross functional clinical study teams, making sure everyone is taking the same approach to defining inspection strategies. Analysing and presenting trends to implement improvements on processes following inspections. Acting as lead for any sort of mock/genuine inspections that take place, alongside being responsible for putting together inspection readiness checklists. Implementation and maintenance of global quality management systems. You will bring the following: Really strong knowledge of EU, FDA regulatory guidelines. Must have proven experience leading GCP quality inspections across EMEA. A strategic mindset, where you are comfortable rolling out global initiatives to improve the efficiency of quality processes. Open to travel (roughly 20% across Europe).
