Associate Director, GCP Quality EMEA - United Kingdom (REMOTE) - Competitive Package
I am delighted to be supporting a global, oncology-focused pharmaceutical company that are looking to recruit a permanent GCP Associate Director of Quality to join them.
This is a fantastic role where you will work with likeminded professionals to make a genuine impact in the life sciences space.
You will be responsible for:
- Working closely to support cross functional clinical study teams, making sure everyone is taking the same approach to defining inspection strategies.
- Analysing and presenting trends to implement improvements on processes following inspections.
- Acting as lead for any sort of mock/genuine inspections that take place, alongside being responsible for putting together inspection readiness checklists.
- Implementation and maintenance of global quality management systems.
You will bring the following:
- Really strong knowledge of EU, FDA regulatory guidelines.
- Must have proven experience leading GCP quality inspections across EMEA.
- A strategic mindset, where you are comfortable rolling out global initiatives to improve the efficiency of quality processes.
- Open to travel (roughly 20% across Europe).
