The post holder will be responsible for building the People Service team to ensure it consistently promotes efficiency, flexibility, innovation, expertise, quality and improved value generation, and for creating functions which are responsive and proactive in the delivery of a first-class customer service. As a corporate Associate Director and senior manager, you will support the delivery of the People strategy and agenda, enabling the delivery of high quality and compassionate healthcare services. FCIPD Educated to master’s degree level or equivalent level of skills and knowledge Evidence of continuing professional development Knowledge and Experience
Substantial and demonstrable experience of successfully managing transactional HR services Current knowledge of the NHS and political operating environment Significant experience in leading HR services through a rigorous transformational change management programme with demonstrable benefit realisation in cost, time and quality Experience delivering technological solutions such as e-rostering, e-job planning Skills and Abilities
