Objective
To provide senior strategic and operational leadership to the Learning Disability & Autism commissioning team. Specifically, you will provide hands-on operational support to the day-to-day commissioning requirements of the service, support the delivery of the strategic commissioning transformation programme, and provide hands-on leadership to the team. Outcome
You will be responsible for: Line management of a complex team Progressing a service review into a refreshed service specification Supporting a procurement Supporting operational planning response Person
They are looking for: An NHS experienced expert in Learning Disability & Autism services A clinical qualification would be an advantage Expert knowledge of LDA agenda and long-term plan A strong leader with exceptional leadership and people skills Strategic commissioning background ideally within LDA A credible and calm professional who can bring gravitas Hands-on supportive mindset Commercials
