As Associate Director of Nursing and Patient Experience, you'll play a critical role in shaping our clinical quality agenda, leading innovation and improvement initiatives, and ensuring our services are free from stigma, discrimination, and harm. The Associate Director of Nursing and Patient Experience has a cross divisional responsibility on behalf of the Divisional Director Secure Care and Chief Nurse to ensure development and delivery of nursing practice across the Secure Care Division is of the highest quality. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the nursing contribution to clinical quality agenda at a senior level, leading on clinical performance improvement, and providing professional leadership to senior nurses across the Division. Qualifications
Registered Nurse with evidence of post-basic development Educated to Masters Degree level or above or equivalent Knowledge/Experience
5 years Senior Management experience in forensic services Evidence of leadership training/qualification Extensive experience of delivering innovation or quality in the safety agenda Experience of working with Trust Boards Values
