Job Overview
Our Future Leadership Structure will see our clinical teams working more closely with partners at place level alongside strengthening clinical and professional leadership. Main duties of the job
The
Associate Director of Operations
will work closely with the Locality Director of Operations to ensure that high quality care is delivered within the Locality services and providing professional leadership to the Locality operational workforce.
You will develop, direct and lead service improvement and performance strategies and policies to support the delivery of safe and effective care.
