The Opportunity This senior-level role offers a blend of strategic planning and hands-on leadership, ideal for someone eager to deliver high-quality projects while shaping the growth of a business poised for long-term impact. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Building Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of project management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Inspire and support team members to achieve high-performance standards across all projects. Project Delivery Oversee the planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes. Resolve critical challenges with decisive leadership and expertise. Strategic Growth Drive business expansion by identifying opportunities and nurturing key relationships in target sectors. Align projects with business goals, contributing to strategic growth initiatives. Operational Management Optimise resources, manage budgets, and prioritise competing demands across multiple projects. Champion continuous improvement, embedding best practices in project management. Stakeholder Engagement Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulators, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Represent the business at industry events, showcasing expertise and building brand visibility. About You We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven leader passionate about delivering impactful infrastructure projects. Essential Skills & Experience Extensive experience in project management, including leadership roles. Proven expertise in delivering complex infrastructure projects within utilities, rail, energy/renewables, or highways sectors. Knowledge of project frameworks and certifications (e.g., APM, RICS, NEC4) is a plus. Familiarity with Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations and health & safety best practices. Financially astute with strong commercial acumen. Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. What’s on Offer Competitive Salary:
