Associate Director of Recruiting Operations

Up to £80k+ + 35% comms + team overrides My client, a circa 100 head market leading agency, is looking for a Head of/Associate Director of Engineering and Manufacturing for their Leeds office. You have the opportunity to inherit 3x experienced consultants (4-10 years exp) from the offset and continue building the division from there. Responsibilities include:
Developing existing consultants from a performance perspective Further expansion of the division (autonomy to add headcount at your leisure) Implementing strategy and direction across the wider business This brand's HQ is over in Newcastle (80 heads), with the Leeds office being a more recent addition - currently sitting at 14 heads. It’s essential for their further growth plans to get this hire right. The aim is to dominate regional markets, with a strong focus on Yorkshire. The top biller in this space is currently doing circa £500k, with the average billings across the board sitting at £200k - there’s a lot to sink your teeth into here. What’s on offer?
