Lambert Smith Hampton is currently looking for an Associate Director or Director to pick up trading, leisure, and hotel valuations in the North West. The team has a broad range of clients, particularly in the space of trading and leisure, and a long history of covering valuation services for those clients in the North West. This is a great opportunity to work within an established team and to develop your experience in the space of alternative valuations. In particular, there is a key opportunity to pick up client relationship management where applicable and to assist on large asset valuations. An example of the services we provide includes: Loan security; providing lenders with a comprehensive and independent report of the market and rental value of a property or an entire portfolio. Alternatives; our alternative valuers carry out valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation, and taxation purposes. Company accounts valuation; providing clients with a comprehensive and accurate report on the value of their property assets. Diminution in value; providing accurate, independent advice on valuation in dilapidation disputes and in situations such as claims of negligence in conveyancing. Fund valuation; providing asset management companies and investment trusts with the detailed information they require about their property holdings.
