What you will do: Be a visible leader, ensuring that therapists within the Diagnostic, Cancer & Buckland Care Group (DCB) have a single point of accountability and professional leadership. Provide expert advice to senior leaders in the trust regarding the therapy workforce, supporting therapy services to contribute to the Trust’s strategic goals. Communicate complex and sensitive information effectively, using data and evidence to ensure annual therapy establishment, skill mix reviews, and workforce planning. Support therapy services in their delivery of quality patient care while interpreting and analyzing relevant data and trends. Engage with various stakeholders to drive quality improvement initiatives and lead projects enhancing service delivery. Requirements: Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is essential. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the NHS is required. A valid driver's license is preferable to enable you to travel between different sites within East Kent as needed.
