Their focus is on innovative solutions, sustainability, and exceptional client service and they are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join Position Overview: As the Associate Director, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a variety of construction projects, with a particular emphasis on conversions and refurbishments. You will manage a team of project managers and will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) and BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) standards. Your collaborative approach and strong leadership skills will be essential in driving project success and maintaining our commitment to sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction and oversight for multiple projects across various asset classes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations. Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to enhance their performance and professional development. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of refurbishment and conversion projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans that comply with EPC and BREEAM standards. Conduct regular project reviews and assessments, identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Drive a culture of sustainability within the organisation, championing best practices in energy efficiency and environmental performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project life cycle. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, maintaining effective communication and collaboration. Contribute to business development efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery.
