ROLE OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF JOB
The role reports into the Head of Share Plan Services. The role holder would be responsible for the successful management and delivery of the onboarding and implementation of all new and existing Share Plan business, as well as the successful management and delivery of new share plan products enhancing the JTC overall share plan offering.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Managing a number of multi-faceted product initiatives or programs, engaging with SMEs across the business and externally.
Engagement and communication with the senior management team regarding progress and highlighting challenges or blockers to success.
Lead and manage new client onboarding and implementation through to sign-off to BAU.
Lead and manage existing client enhanced business opportunities.
Support Share Plan Administration.
Support Senior Director with strategic and tactical projects.
Ensure that the spirit of JTC is engendered and shared within the Group.
May be required to attend board/divisional meetings and contribute to board papers/reports as appropriate.
Ensure good corporate governance in accordance with regulatory requirements while aligning to the Group’s overall aims, business plan, and long-term strategy.
Attend and lead client meetings, either on or off-site. Liaise with professional advisors to ensure the Group delivers both a proficient and added value service.
Provide any other duties as defined or deemed necessary by the Group Board.
Adhere to Risk & Associate Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
Remain aware of the obligations for the reporting of unusual transactions and act as a guide to the division in this respect.
Adhere to JTC core values and expected behaviours.
Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
Develop self and always ensure knowledge in relevant field.
Deputise in the absence of Senior Director.
Any other duties as deemed necessary or defined by Management and/or Group Board.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Senior professional with proven track record in Share Plan administration and the onboarding/implementation of new business and product.
Proven experience in Program and Project Management.
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel within the UK and Jersey and potentially international travel from time to time.
Attendance at industry and corporate events to promote the service line.
Hybrid with London base is critical.
