Associate Director Project Manager (NEC)
Location: London; Sector: NEC, Public Sector, Airports, Residential and Office projects for a consultancy
Salary: Circa up to £95,000 depending on experience, plus flexi benefits package.
Our client is a privately owned consultancy in the heart of London, working on projects ranging up to £1bn. They focus on some of the country's most forward-thinking projects across various sectors including commercial, leisure, heritage, healthcare, sports stadiums, residential, mixed-use, and public sectors.
They are actively looking for an Associate Director Project Manager to join their team, primarily focusing on NEC projects, as well as airports, public sector, residential, and commercial projects. This role is based in London, with opportunities to work from home and visit the offices. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role and be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders. Management or mentoring experience is preferred, along with an interest in team building. Business development is not necessary, as projects are already secured; however, a client network is advantageous.
Ideally, our client is looking for: NEC Expert Project experience in Public Sector, Airports, Residential and Office Previous experience in a client-facing role within a consultancy A positive, can-do attitude to motivate the team Comfortable liaising with senior key stakeholders University degree/relevant qualifications Eligible to work in the UK
