Calibre Search are looking to speak with Associate Director level Quantity Surveyors who would be interested in joining one of Yorkshire's most established Cost and Project Consultants based in Leeds. If you like the idea of potentially leading on some of the UK's biggest and most innovative mixed-use (Build to rent, retail, commercial) developments, this position could suit you really well. They work with some of the UK's most ambitious developers delivering all Cost Management and Employers Agent work on their various developments which you will play a key role in delivering and overseeing. They also have a huge £ million pound new build factory being built across the Southern coast which you will also look to lead on with support from the other QS's within the team of 27. The Practice themselves are renowned for always delivering to a high standard and always being the go-to consultant when it comes to landmark developments across the North of England. They offer a hybrid work model: 3 days in, 2 at home if desired, but like to promote their team ethos and culture throughout the office which all their staff seem to enjoy and benefit a lot from. Ideally, given the level of this position, they're looking to speak with either Associate level QS's or perhaps Senior QS's who feel ready for that next step up. A lot of progression with this position with aiming towards Director level as well as multiple benefits and bonuses to gain. Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage budgets. Administer contracts and manage tender processes. Conduct risk management and value engineering assessments. Monitor and report on project costs and progress. Provide expert advice on cost management and procurement strategies. Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, etc. Professional membership, MRICS preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and employers agent work. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Lead and manage project teams, ensuring high standards of service delivery. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability. Oversee client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff. To discuss all my relevant roles in complete confidence please call Rob Hayton at Calibre Search. Calibre Search promote equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their sex, race, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation, or age. We act as both an employment agency and employment business.
