£65k-£70k DOE Are you an experienced structural engineer at Associate/ Associate Director level, who has a strong technical and project management background? Do you enjoy leading a team? As the Associate Director for our client's Structural Engineering team in Exeter, you would be acting as the lead contact for existing clients and engineering projects. You would work to identify and manage suitable bid and tender opportunities, whilst heading and developing a diverse, friendly, committed and established team of graduates, engineers and technicians.
