Oversee planning and execution of the global acquisition marketing program Manage and optimize a large, multi-million-dollar acquisition marketing budget Own and present key performance metrics including ROAS and internal KPI targets on acquisition marketing to senior leadership Oversee relationship with various ad account managers, working with each channel to improve campaign performance Measure impact of marketing programs on customer behavior, apply insights to refine strategies Partner with BI teams on tests and analysis for campaign performance Lead a team of performance marketers focused on paid channels, actively optimizing campaigns to meet business goals Innovate and implement test and learn strategies, implement ongoing improvements and invest in areas that drive scalable results Collaborate with other parts of the business including growth creative marketing, ASO, product managers, analytics, and leadership, sharing progress, learnings and best practices About you

6-8 years of experience in acquisition marketing Proven ability to manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar acquisition marketing budget Strong analytical skills in measuring acquisition funnel metrics, assessing campaign performance, and implementing optimizations Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools; SQL knowledge is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in hiring and managing media buyers Deep understanding of direct marketing principles and best practices High standards with keen attention to detail Ability to strategize effectively while staying on top of tactical execution Seniority level
