Regional UK (for example based in our Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, or Edinburgh office) CBRE's Operational Real Estate Team (OPRE) is seeking an Associate Director/Director to join our business and aid in the growth of our Valuation & Advisory function. This position offers the opportunity to work across a range of other operational sectors such as healthcare, hotels, pubs and leisure, and self-storage. The role includes preparing trading, investment, and development valuations, writing reports, analysing client data, and providing market-facing advice. You will also have the chance to contribute to business development by building client relationships and attending industry events.
