Associate Electrical Design Engineer

to join our expanding team in Bicester. You will lead major projects, inspire your team, and deliver innovative engineering solutions to meet client needs. About the Role Lead the development, design, and coordination of engineering project services for mechanical or electrical installations. Manage major projects, including feasibility studies, cost/profit analysis, and fee bid preparation. Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety legislation, and client requirements. Represent the company at technical meetings with clients, professional teams, and contractors. Oversee engineering calculations, drawings, and operational testing. Provide guidance and mentoring to team members while ensuring effective risk and performance monitoring. Support project delivery across management, financial, QA/QC, and technical review aspects. About You Qualifications:

Degree in engineering (BSc/BEng) or equivalent experience; Chartered Engineer status preferred. Experience:

Proven expertise in specification design for various building types. Skills:

Strong knowledge of BS standards, UK regulations, and health and safety issues. Proficiency in MS Office and IT-based calculation tools. Leadership:

Exceptional team management, mentoring, and client relationship-building skills. Business Acumen:
