Join our team as a Graduate Indoor Environmental Consultant! You'll be trained to quickly and efficiently test, inspect, and diagnose buildings (or specific areas within them) during normal conditions and occupancy. You'll become familiar with our company's quality and environmental procedures through various documents, ensuring that significant environmental impacts are minimized.
Responsibilities Analyse the systems, building construction, and building operations. Utilise a relevant testing and sampling regime. Collect data, readings, and samples. Collate all information to produce an objective and comprehensive report. This report aids the client in correcting existing problems and identifying potential issues. Assist in the preparation of clients' reports upon completion of fieldwork and when time allows. Report directly to the Regional Deputy Operations Manager.
Qualifications Degree: Bachelor's or Master's. Teamwork Skills: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Driving Licence: A full UK Driving Licence is required for client site visits, working in a variety of properties, and willingness to travel around 80% of your time across the UK (more details to follow).
