Finance Associate | 4+ PQE | Singapore Our client, a silver circle law firm, is seeking a skilled General Banking and Finance or Asset Finance Associate to join their Transactions team. This team is led by four renowned partners and specializes in cross-border financing transactions, including general banking and finance, structured finance, and corporate debt restructurings. This role offers significant responsibility and excellent opportunities for career advancement. Ideal candidates will have international deal experience and be open to working on a variety of finance-related tasks. Responsibilities: Draft and review finance documents, including high yield loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security documents. Provide clients with drafting advice and manage transactions. Engage in a client-facing role with substantial responsibility, supported by appropriate supervision and training. Contribute to the team with a strong emphasis on career growth and development. Requirements: Qualified in UK, HK, SG law, or another common law jurisdiction. Relocation available for Candidates At least 4 years' PQE with experience in a top-tier private practice at an international law firm. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous but not required.
