A leading international law firm is looking for a 4+ PQE Conflicts Lawyer in London. This role will support the Compliance and New Business team with complex conflict clearances, ethical and regulatory advice, and new matter intake system development. Collaborate with partners, train CNB staff, and contribute to the firm's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and resolve conflicts, compliance, AML, and reputational issues for new matters/clients. Train CNB teams across multiple locations and assist with system improvements. Facilitate communication between partners and teams, simplifying complex conflict issues. Promote inclusivity, cultural diversity, and team well-being. Make ethical, commercial, and strategic decisions aligned with the firm's goals. Qualifications and Skills:
Practicing certificate in England & Wales and/or New York with strong academic credentials. 4+ years of experience in conflicts/risk at a major international law firm, including 2+ years PQE. Expertise in conflicts systems such as Intapp Open and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of conflicts rules and regulatory landscapes in England & Wales.
