What the role involves
- Build the world you want to live in with a career in the infrastructure property sector.
- Negotiating land acquisition, options, leases and compensation/disturbance claims following works.
- Managing statutory processes including CPO, access consents and third-party land rights.
- Developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships and contributing to regional growth initiatives.
- Leading, mentoring and managing surveyors, supporting professional development and high performance across the team.
- Work collaboratively with client teams and Carter Jonas offices, contributing to best-practice systems, efficient processes and continuous improvement.
Skills and requirements
- Will be based out of our West Malling office, however due to the nature of the portfolio the successful candidate will be required to travel.
