The Investment Funds group of our AM100 client are seeking a mid-level associate to join them in New York.
You will be advising on the formation, structuring, operation, and regulation of private investment funds. This requires exceptional knowledge of various financial laws and regulations, robust writing, research, and analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities for collaborative work.
You will have fund formation experience, top academic credentials, and must be admitted and in good standing with the NY bar.
The position offers a competitive salary falling between $260-$390k depending upon experience level.
