Brighton Met College, part of the Chichester College Group Ref: BRTN4413 Various hours per week during term time An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Brighton Metropolitan College as an Associate Lecturer (Bank) within our ESOL department. We are recruiting for a Bank Associate ESOL lecturer to deliver outstanding teaching and learning to our ESOL cohorts across our Brighton Campuses. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high quality ESOL lessons to our learners and will understand the needs and challenges our students face. You will undertake teaching activities in the curriculum area, ensuring a high quality of provision, in response to learners’ needs for a range of age groups including our 16-19 provision and part-time adult courses. You will work collaboratively and innovatively with managers and colleagues to design, develop, manage and review programmes in the curriculum area and will ensure that student needs are met in a responsive way, in line with the concept of inclusive learning. Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality ESOL lessons Teach and assess ESOL learners Manage diverse groups of students Curriculum delivery and associated administration Collaborate with colleagues to design and manage educational programs Minimum Requirements:
