Associate Litigation Solicitor

Litigation Solicitor , Belfast City Centre, Suit 2 years + PQE. Our client is a global law firm based in Belfast City Centre. They are an international legal business that prides itself on delivering remarkable legal services to clients worldwide. They currently have an opportunity within their busy Litigation Department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload. You will handle personal injury litigation within a fast-paced commercial environment, requiring a good understanding of legal principles and procedures. Your role will involve working closely with team members and clients to ensure that cases are handled efficiently and effectively, with a focus on achieving favourable outcomes. Our client is looking for an individual with a solid academic background and post-qualification experience in personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex cases, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Experience in a commercial setting, whether from a defendant or claimant perspective, is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Essential Good academic background with post-qualification experience in handling personal injury litigation. Proven experience in managing personal injury claims within a busy commercial environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally. Desirable Familiarity with working in a team-oriented environment and contributing to collective goals. Experience in ensuring cases are progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible, in collaboration with senior team members. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work effectively. Experience working closely with clients to understand their requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements.
