KAYAK is looking for a data-focused and performance driven Associate Manager to join our Commercial Strategy team, supporting the EMEA region. This role requires a strong business mentality alongside excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. You will work closely with numerous teams within KAYAK and use data to identify, quantify and prioritise opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue and user growth. You should feel comfortable working with large amounts of data, be ambitious and proactive in analysing, investigating and prioritising information found across multiple data sets and sources. In this role, you will: Monitor and analyse key business metrics, including traffic patterns, performance trends, and A/B test results Drive revenue goals by managing P&L metrics and regional targets, highlighting risks and opportunities to the Commercial team Track monetization performance, identifying growth opportunities and addressing fluctuations proactively Partner with Marketing to evaluate SEM campaign efficiency and brand initiative impact through search trend analysis Build compelling data visualisations and reports that tell clear stories about business performance Provide strategic consulting to partner accounts through performance analysis and optimisation recommendations Transform complex data into actionable insights to guide Commercial team decision-making Please apply if you have: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Economics, Ecommerce, IT, or similar 3+ years relevant analytical experience. Travel/E-commerce experience is a plus Excellent MS Excel, PowerPoint and G Suite (Google Sheets) knowledge Familiarity with reporting systems and software visualisation tools. Knowledge of Cognos, Salesforce a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in presenting to diverse partners Ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights aligned with business objectives A self-starter mentality and ability to proactively find trends in data, identify risks and opportunities Team oriented and enthusiastic about new challenges Benefits and Perks Work from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per year Focus on mental health and well-being:
