The Position Join one of Europe’s leading experts in Data Centre MEP as an Associate Mechanical Engineer. As an associate, you will review technical designs to ensure that design and scope are fully understood and train junior team members while creating action plans for poor performance. Having prior experience in Data Centres is essential for this role. Honours degree – Chartered [an advantage, but not essential] 10+ years recognised expert within the sector [data centres or industrial/high-tech and commercial] 3+ years’ experience in people management, managing multidisciplinary teams (consultants and engineers, etc.) 3+ years project management experience, overseeing both electrical and mechanical engineering projects Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills Ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organisation Drive for continuous innovation and adoption of emerging technologies Champion excellence in the Ethos design process and engineering techniques Do you thrive in a collaborative environment?
