A new opportunity has arisen to join a growing pursuer personal injury firm in the heart of Glasgow after a recent office redevelopment.
This opportunity would ideally suit an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor who is looking to further their career and progress into a people/office management role- coupled with the autonomy and resources to grow an established personal injury offering.
The Firm:
A leading Personal Injury (Pursuer) specialist- offices across Scotland An established personal injury caseload covering RTA, EL/PL and Serious/Fatal Injury A firm with over two decades experience operating within the personal injury field A proven advocate of internal training and development with a low staff turnover and clear progression/career development route
The Role: Manage a varied personal injury caseload across employers/public liability, industrial disease, RTA and serious injury Be an available source of support and mentorship from trainees and juniors within the team Manage a dedicated team of personal injury solicitors- previous people management experience would be an advantage Be a pragmatic and effective member of the wider, national, personal injury team Attend and support the wider firm and personal injury team during networking and business development opportunities
The Candidate: Scottish qualified Solicitor with a background in Personal Injury matters Previous experience in either pursuer or defender personal injury Minimum 4PQE within Personal Injury Dedicated and professional working manner.
