We are seeking an Associate Principal for a fixed-term, one-year opportunity while our Deputy Principal enjoys refreshment leave. This role starts at the beginning of term 2, Monday 28th April 2024. We seek an exceptional leader with experience, expertise, skills, and/or potential to step into this vital role. You will oversee and drive key schoolwide systems and programmes, ensuring our culture of care, collaboration, and excellence continues to flourish. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage systems including rosters, timetables, and health and safety. Oversee key programmes such as Health and EOTC (Education Outside the Classroom). Provide leadership in essential areas: wellbeing, behaviour, and learning support. We value additional expertise in areas that align with our philosophy and community, such as: Trauma-Informed Practice Sport and Physical Education About you:

You are a leader (experienced or with potential) who demonstrates: A commitment to creating an inclusive environment where all can thrive. The ability to establish and enhance effective schoolwide systems. Expertise in fostering strong relationships and supporting staff, students, and whānau.
