Through our “Lifecycle Evidence Strategy”, “Clinical Trial Optimization”, “Medical Affairs”, and “Real World Evidence” services, we deliver impact where it matters, from early drug development to commercialization. This role will be aligned with ZS R&D Excellence Practice Area supporting our Technology and Platform services across multiple clients. ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL – Clinical Data & Technology Lead large scale business development and delivery engagements for Clinical groups in biopharma. Build and maintain key client relationships and strive to elevate client relationships across multiple clients, especially for Clinical IT leaders. Write/develop/present creative, compelling (and winning) responses to client requests and solicitations. Shape client thinking in business case development, needs assessment, solution visioning, data & technical architecture & design, and implementation plans. Delivery accountability for large scale programs, owning client engagement, bringing in functional expertise, and ensuring high quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Collaborate with ZS account leaders to shape account plans and drive action to grow Clinical technology business. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Play an active role in coaching and mentoring junior consultants within the organization. Demonstrate deep Clinical knowledge with functional and data expertise, optionally span across all R&D service lines. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, CS, MIS or related disciplines. 10+ years’ of experience of multiple projects in Clinical organizations of Lifesciences companies. 5+ years of management consulting experience with Clinical organizations of Lifesciences companies preferred. Deep Knowledge (Industry thought leadership) in Clinical technology solutions. Knowledge of clinical data standards preferred. Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge. Excellent oral and written communication skills. A willingness to travel to meet client needs. Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, analytic, planning skills.
