Role

You’ll be involved in development from the early concept stages through production and final stages. You’ll contribute to the experiences we build, why we build them, and how we deliver them to our players. You will be focused on quality and understand user experience. The main tasks for this position are feature-design and guidance of feature-implementation which incorporates the need to maintain relationships with internal and external developers and creatives. A love for football and the FC series is a strong benefit, not a requirement. Your Responsibilities

Understand the product goals and vision, and work with the Lead Producers to align the group on priorities. Follow the feature schedule, milestones, and sprint deliverables. Identify and escalate any technical, design, or operational risks. Partner with Art, UX, engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables are met. Work with Production and Design teams on fleshing out and documenting design ideas. Facilitate, identify requirements, and collaborate with our partners to ensure alignment. You will report to the local Lead Production. Your Qualifications

2+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, game design, or relevant experience working with creative teams/media. Familiar with single-player games and understands what makes features successful. Familiarity with developing a staged product plan, including creating user stories and deliverables. Good eye for "in-game" quality and advocate for the end-user experience. Familiarity in using data and insights to inform planning and decision-making. A passion for pioneering and encouraging others to consider different perspectives. A love for working with a diverse group of people to accomplish something great as a team. About Electronic Arts
