About Job: The primary purpose of this role is to ensure accurate recording and packing of dispatch boxes for our customers. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a clean and organized workstation, actively participating in stores-related tasks, and supporting 5S and Lean initiatives. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the Welland pouch and accessory product portfolio. Monitor competitor and market activities, providing quarterly updates. Conduct key market research in collaboration with R&D and Sales teams. Support R&D and Sales teams at customer meetings. Collect and analyze research data and market insights. Assist in the development and progress reporting of the Product Road Map. Help define product requirements that align with business goals. Work within cross-functional teams to recommend marketing specifications. Provide marketing support to internal and external stakeholders. Assist with product marketing, including creating materials. Manage specified NPD (New Product Development) projects. Coordinate product evaluations with Clinical Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams. Organize and oversee product launches. Contribute to launch plans that drive engagement. Manage product instructions for use, labelling, and packaging. Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement of processes. Enhance technical and clinical understanding of the product portfolio. Participate in distributor and other key meetings. Develop strong relationships with distributors and market influencers. Represent the company at internal and external meetings. Adhere to the company’s Health and Safety policies. Personal Specifications: Degree-level qualification in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field. Proven experience in Product Management. At least two years of marketing experience within the medical field. Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of marketing principles. Proficient in MS Office applications. Familiarity with Adobe software is desirable. Excellent writing and numerical skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Confident in collaborating with third-party providers. Creative thinking and presentation skills are desirable. Job Types:
