Translating business requirements and technical details into high-quality solutions and business language. Writing SQL scripts to extract the data required. Working closely with the engineering team following Agile practices to document requirements and acceptance criteria to deliver the data needs of Workload Labour Models. Building analytical dashboards to support the business in understanding movement in Workload. Coordinating with other teams where required to deliver roadmap items. Taking responsibility for your own development and broadening technical skills. You will need
Proficiency in SQL and Tableau. Broad knowledge and understanding of the technologies relevant to data platforms. Understanding of common data structures and data modelling. Experience in analysing and presenting data in a simple way. Nice to have: Strong understanding of a retail operation (stores and distribution). What’s in it for you
