Associate required to join an independent and growing Commercial Property Consultancy, based from their Birmingham or London office. This consultancy specializes in property management, asset management, leasing, and investment across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio, focusing on shopping centres, retail parks, office, and mixed-use schemes. Their portfolio spans key locations across the UK, with over 90 staff and 5 offices, and continued growth plans. The Associate will be responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio, serving as the primary contact for clients and occupiers while delivering tailored, strategic advice aligned with their objectives. Responsibilities include ensuring strong financial management, fostering client relationships, participating in business initiatives, and contributing to growth through local networking and market expertise. The Associate will also actively support team development by mentoring junior staff, promoting best practices, and staying informed on industry trends and regulations.

Associate- Property Management Salary & Benefits

Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 (possibly more for the right candidate) 25 days holiday plus BH Pension Private medical healthcare benefits Income Protection Mileage allowance for site travel Death in Service
