The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role
As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects and managing client relationships across sectors including commercial, residential, retail, and industrial. You will oversee the full spectrum of cost management services, from feasibility and cost planning to project management and contract administration.
As a senior member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, contribute to business development, and help drive the continued growth of the office.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
Ideally qualified with MRICS
Proven experience managing projects across various sectors
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
