Associate Quantity Surveyor

will take on a pivotal role, delivering

cost management and contract administration

services across a wide range of projects. While

residential developments

are the consultancy's primary focus, their portfolio also includes exciting work in

Commercial, Arts & Leisure, and Education

sectors, ensuring every day offers variety and challenge. You will collaborate closely with clients and senior management, ensuring successful project delivery and contributing to the strategic growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Oversee and deliver comprehensive cost management services using

CostX . Lead

contract administration duties , ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture. Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and ensuring satisfaction. Drive project success and identify opportunities for further business growth. Minimum Requirements MRICS qualified Hold a RICS accredited degree qualification Extensive experience in

PQS/Consultancy , with experience in a senior role. Familiarity with Employers Agent and Contract Administration duties is advantageous. Strong technical expertise in

quantity surveying and cost management . A proactive leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable commuting to Southampton and visiting project sites as required.
