Up to 80,000 A major, well-respected multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in London. This dynamic and progressive construction consultancy has maintained its status within the industry and is looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its top end. This company works in a number of sectors, including traditional construction and refurbishment work, mainly in the Commercial and Residential (Public and Private) sectors. The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organization that places a high value on its staff and offers flexible working solutions to ensure a good work/life balance. About the Role: The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work in the core areas of Quantity Surveying, particularly: Budget control Agreement of target costs Risk analysis Carrying out monthly valuations Monthly reporting Option proposals Auditing and final accounts The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire. You will be based in London, although working from home when not attending site or meetings is an option.
