A major, well-respected multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in London.
This dynamic and progressive consultancy has maintained its status within the industry and is looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their team.
About the role:
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work in the core areas of Quantity Surveying, particularly:
Budget control Agreement of target costs Risk analysis Carrying out monthly valuations Monthly reporting Option proposals Auditing and final accounts
The Associate Quantity Surveyor will have opportunities to progress to a more senior role within the company.
You will be based in London, with the option to work from home when not attending site or meetings.
About the salary:
Up to £80,000 (DOE) Car Allowance Generous Pension Contribution Generous annual leave entitlement Career progression
About the requirements:
Strong understanding of the role of a Quantity Surveyor A RICS accredited degree is preferable Chartered status, preferably through RICS Exceptional client-facing skills Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels Good technical knowledge and experience within consultancy Quantity Surveying
