What You'll Be Doing:
Manage commercial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion Prepare detailed cost plans, financial reports, and contractual documentation Conduct precise financial assessments and value engineering solutions Support project teams in delivering complex, high-value projects Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders
Their Projects: The portfolio includes exciting developments such as: Sustainable urban regeneration schemes Landmark commercial developments Innovative healthcare facilities High-end residential complexes Critical Life Science projects
