Calibre Search are working with a highly ambitious Consultancy who are actively looking to bring in an experienced Associate level Quantity Surveyor.

Based out in Rugby, you will be working closely with the Directors offering a range of pre and post contract QS services as you play a key role in developing and managing their growing QS team.

The Practice themselves are always looking to develop into new sectors but currently they have a huge demand working with various investors and developers on large scale new build industrial schemes which you will be leading on across the Midlands.

This is a great time to join a Practice that operates in a more modern way and is looking to invest in their staff while continuously expanding in the market. If you like the idea of being integral and being given a full succession plan to become director, lead a department, and gain shares within the business, this role is for you.

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation techniques, and financial analysis methods. Proficiency in using industry-standard quantity surveying software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. To discuss all my relevant roles in complete confidence please call Rob Hayton at Calibre Search.
