Based out in Rugby, you will be working closely with the Directors offering a range of pre and post contract QS services as you play a key role in developing and managing their growing QS team.
The Practice themselves are always looking to develop into new sectors but currently they have a huge demand working with various investors and developers on large scale new build industrial schemes which you will be leading on across the Midlands.
This is a great time to join a Practice that operates in a more modern way and is looking to invest in their staff while continuously expanding in the market. If you like the idea of being integral and being given a full succession plan to become director, lead a department, and gain shares within the business, this role is for you.
Requirements:

Proficiency in using industry-standard quantity surveying software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
