Associate Quantity Surveyor , you'll enjoy autonomy and variety, delivering projects heavily in the Leisure sector as well as the Education, Commercial, Student Accommodation, and Infrastructure sectors. From new builds to high-profile refurbishments valued up to 30m, your expertise will shine as you manage all aspects of the cost management lifecycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Delivering accurate
cost planning ,
valuations , and
cost reporting . Leading negotiations with contractors to drive exceptional value. Acting as an
Employers Agent
and managing
contract administration . Building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. The Associate Quantity Surveyor The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be someone who can hit the ground running as well as: MRICS qualified
with a proven track record in a PQS/Consultancy environment. Confident managing projects independently from inception to completion. Skilled in both pre- and post-contract services. Experience in Employers Agent roles is advantageous but not essential. Strong communicator capable of leading teams and collaborating across sectors. In Return?
