Job type: Permanent, full-time Lester Aldridge has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate with relevant experience dealing with real estate development transactions to join our busy Real Estate Development team. The role will be based in our Southampton office but shall include some remote working. Working within our Real Estate Development team, you will play a key role assisting the team with site acquisitions for residential housebuilders, strategic land deals, and development finance projects, whilst also seeing some exposure to commercial development transactions. You will have gained experience in this area, with a proven track record and will have excellent technical knowledge, communication, organisational, and IT skills. You will be skilled in drafting and negotiating a variety of real estate development documents.
